Treowen Stars v Clydach Wasps

The Wasps unbeaten league record this season faces it's toughest test so far on Saturday, as they take the trip to Bush Park to visit the league leaders and their 100% record. After missing out on a game last week the first team will be looking to close the gap on the host, and in doing so make Treowen drop their first points of the season. A full squad should travel and will be looking to carry on from the last time out. Stars are still in the hunt for a double, as the put Whiteheads to the sword in the County Motors Cup last time out, though they also missed out on a game last weekend. This could well be a make or break game for the Wasps title ambitions, especially with the upcoming fixture congestion likely to hit hard.

Clydach Wasps A v P.I.L.C.s

The second team host one of their title challengers as first takes on fourth at Clydach Rec. The Wasps should return to full strength after last weeks enforced break. P.I.L.C.s are currently nine points adrift with a game in hand, so a home victory would go a long way to narrowing the title down to a three horse race with Tranch and Goytre. The two sides meet each other in the return fixture next week, so a good first game should set up the Wasps for a big fortnight.

Clydach Wasps B v Panteg B

The third team return to Llanelly Hill, and host the team they should have faced last week in a rearranged game. After last times easy victory over Llanarth the Wasps will be looking to push on and produce another impressive performance, especially after the disappointment of the 3-3 draw the last time the two sides met. The visitors currently sit in fifth place, though they haven't played for a fortnight, going down 5-4 at Usk.
