After last weekends total washout, the second teams trip to Sebastopol was a victim of another bout of prolonged rainfall, but the Rec just about held out with the natural drainage pushed to the limit. The visitors were second division newcomers Cwm, and it was the away side who had the better of the opening half, although chances came and went for both sides. The first team were finally on the road as the headed to New Inn and Woodfield Road, and returned with an important three points. Following a couple of poor recent results a victory was vital to rest any slide, and although it was achieved, it was a more stressful finish than it should have been.
